The Valletta Waterfront Oktoberfest

The Valletta Waterfront Oktoberfest transforms the historic Grand Harbour into a three-night alfresco celebration of beer, food, music and entertainment.

Raise a glass and soak up the atmosphere along the promenade while discovering a varied selection of local and international beers, from well-known favourites to craft brews, alongside non-alcoholic and gluten-free beer options and flavoured ciders. Enjoy live performances, Bavarian-inspired games and the timeless charm of Valletta's Baroque architecture.

Entrance to the event and entertainment areas is completely free. All Valletta Waterfront restaurants and bars will be operating as usual, offering plenty of alternative dining and drink options.

The Oktoberfest Beer Experience: How it Works

Visitors will be able to explore a varied selection of local and international beers, including craft beers, available from participating Valletta Waterfront restaurants.

Visit the cash point located within the central promenade area to purchase your event package and start redeeming tokens at all participating restaurants for your choice of beer. Both cash and card payments will be accepted on site. View the full list of participating restaurants here.

• The Oktoberfest Package (€20): Each package includes four (4) beer tokens and a complimentary souvenir reusable cup (while stocks last. T&Cs apply.) to use throughout the event and take home as a keepsake.
• Beer Refills: Beer refills are available for just one token (€5.00 value), unless otherwise indicated. Selected beers or serving options may require additional tokens.

Purchasing an Oktoberfest package is entirely optional—you are welcome to simply enjoy the free entertainment and make use of full table service at any of the Valletta Waterfront restaurants and bars as usual.
